BUTTERSCOTCH PUDDING | EASY DESSERT RECIPE

Hey guys, butterscotch pudding have so many variation but this one is easy to make and hardly take 15 minutes to cook and 30 minutes for chilling. I think it is one of  the easiest pudding recipe and if you also have sweet tooth like me, you will love it 😄.  So lets get into the recipe. Firstly Heat a non stick pan on medium flame add 9-10 tsp of sugar to the pan and let it melt, then add 2 tsp of butter. C ontinuously stir it on medium flame. Once it get light brown in color turn off  the flame and add finely chopped roasted  almonds to it, then pour the mixture to plate and spread it all over the plate.  Now our butterscotch is ready, once it will come to room temperature we will crush it into small pieces . Now we will prepare our pudding mixture, for which we will add 5-6 tsp of corn flour and 3-4 tsp of milk powder to 2 cup of milk and make a lumps free mixture. MASALA FISH FRY

  Hey guys, this is delicious crispy and flavorful recipe. Simple sliced onions and green chutney compliment the masala fish fry.  I used 1 kg of fish for this recipe so quantity of ingredients can vary according to quantity of fish and you can adjust chili powder and green chilies in masala to suit your spiciness .  So now lets take a look in recipe. Firstly we will prepare masala (marination batter) for which add 5-6 green chilies, 2 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp of  coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 2 tsp of gram flour, 1 tsp of lemon juice, mint leaves ,coriander leaves and salt as per your taste to mixer pot.  Coriander and mint is base for masala, so use it in 2:1 ratio that means mint leaves should be half of coriander leaves.  Now make a smooth thick paste and add washed fish pieces to it and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. CARAMEL APPLE BROWNIE

  INGREDIENTS: 15 oreo cookies  1/4 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 8 tsp  Sugar (for caramel) 1 tsp Powder sugar(for brownie batter) 1 tsp Butter 2 tsp Cream 1/2 Cup of chopped apple Mix berries (for garnish) INSTRUCTIONS: FOR CARAMEL: Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add 8-9 tsp sugar and stir it constantly on medium flame, until mixture turns a caramel color.  Add whipped cream and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes or until smooth. FOR BROWNIE BATTER: In a blender crush the oreo cookies to fine powder . Add all the dry ingredients(sugar,baking soda,baking powder) . Add lukewarm milk to mixture to make smooth batter.Adjust the quantity of milk  in a way it is of pouring consistency Blend it well. FOR CARAMEL APPLE BROWNIE: Add chopped apple to caramel . SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY | MOMOS CHUTNEY

Schezwan chutney is tangy and spicy chutney. This recipe is my version of chutney. It goes well with fried rice, momos, cutlet,french fries, spring roll.   Lets take a look on this quick recipe. firstly blend 2 boiled tomato and 3-4 dried red chilies together, add salt as per your taste, you can add water if required to make smooth paste.  Now heat 2 tsp of oil in pan, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, saute it well then add prepared tomato paste to pan and saute it for another 2-3 minutes, again you can add water to adjust consistency.  Now turn off the flame and add 1 tsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of vinegar to it  and your schezwan chutney is ready .  Enjoy this spicy chutney with momos  or spring rolls  and stay tuned to craving stories for more such easy and recipes. COCONUT CHUTNEY

  Coconut chutney is an south indian dip with dishes like dosa , uttapam, mendu vada, idli. It is one of  my favorite chutney because it is easy to make and have that subtle taste . So lets get into this easy 2 step procedure. Add 1 cup of roasted chana dal ,1/2 coconut,4-5 green chilies ,5-6 garlic cloves to the mixer pot, add salt as per your taste and grind it well, you can add little bit water to make a smooth paste.  Now heat 2 tsp of oil in small pan and 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds and 7-8 curry leaves ,let them crackle then pour the tadka in chutney and mix it. MOMOS| VEG MOMOS

  INGREDIENTS: For stuffing: 1 Cabbage(grated) 1 Carrot(grated) 1 Capsicum(finely chopped) Salt 3 tsp oil 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 green chilies (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp of black paper powder 2 tsp of finely chopped spring onions (optional)  For dough: 2&1/2 cup of all purpose flour salt 1 and 1/2 tsp oil INSTRUCTION: For stuffing: Add 3 tsp of oil in pan and add green chilies and ginger garlic paste saute it for 5-6 seconds on medium heat. Now add all the veggies to the pan and  saute it for next 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add 1/2 tsp of black paper powder salt as per taste. Continue to saute for more 3-4 minutes on high flame. Now turn off the flame and you can spring onions if you want.    For dough: Add 2 & 1/2 cup of all purpose flour (maida) in bowl  Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 and 1/2 tsp of oil ,mix it well .  Add water little by little and knead a firm dough.
