SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY | MOMOS CHUTNEY
Schezwan chutney is tangy and spicy chutney. This recipe is my version of chutney. It goes well with fried rice, momos, cutlet,french fries, spring roll. Lets take a look on this quick recipe.
- firstly blend 2 boiled tomato and 3-4 dried red chilies together, add salt as per your taste, you can add water if required to make smooth paste.
- Now heat 2 tsp of oil in pan, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, saute it well then add prepared tomato paste to pan and saute it for another 2-3 minutes, again you can add water to adjust consistency.
- Now turn off the flame and add 1 tsp of soy sauce and 1 tsp of vinegar to it and your schezwan chutney is ready .
