VEG MANCHURIAN
Hey guys , indo chinese one of the popular street food in india either it is Hakka noodles , chili paneer ,fried rice or veg manchurian we indians love indo Chinese flavours.
So presenting street style veg manchurian recipe. Hope you will love it .
Let's take a look on recipe. Firstly let's prepare manchurian balls.
- For which grate 1 cauliflower , 1 carrot ,1 onion then add 1/2 tsp of black paper, 3 tsp of corn flour , 1 or 2 tsp of all purpose flour and lastly add salt as per your taste mix them well and knead so that the veggies leave the water and you get dough like mixture.
- Make balls if manchurian balls are too juicy and not holding round structure then add little bit of all purpose flour to it. If your mixture is too dry then add some more grated veggies don't add water to the mixture.
- Once the manchurian balls are ready deep fry them on medium flame till they turn gold brown in color.
Now our manchurian balls are ready let's prepare gravy .
- Add 1 tsp of corn flour and 3-4 tsp of water to a bowl mix it and keep it aside
- Add 1 & 1/2 tsp of tomato sauce , 1/2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of green chili sauce, 2 tsp of red chilli sauce to another bowl mix them well and keep it aside .
- Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add finely chopped 1 and 1/2 tsp of garlic cloves, 1/4 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/4 cup chopped onions .
- saute them on medium flame till the onion turn translucent.
- Now add 1 finely chopped tomato and again saute it for 1-2 minutes and add mixed sauces and mix them very well.
- then add 1 cup of water let the gravy come to boil .
- Now add corn flour mixture and mix very well . To avoid lumps mix the corn flour mixture before adding it to the pan and add mixture little by little to the pan .
- Continuously stir the gravy and add salt as per your taste.
- Once the gravy turn to thick glaze like texture (add water if gravy is too thick). Add manchurian balls to it and again cover cook it for good 3-4 minutes then turn off the flame , sprinkle some chopped spring onions on the top and serve it hot.
