SITAFAL BASUNDI | EASY DESSERT RECIPE

Hi guys autumn is here season of custard apples(sitafal), so presenting sitafal basundi rich creamy and really easy to make only three main ingredients are required for it.  So lets take a look on this yummy recipe. Firstly let me clear the quantities, i used 5 custard apple pulp and 500 ml full fat milk and some sugar that's all😃 . Lets start with procedure.  All you have to do is heat the milk in heavy bottom pan, cook it on low flame until it reduce to half and don't forget to stir it continuously otherwise milk will stick to bottom of the pan.  Once milk become thick and creamy add 6 tsp of sugar and some finely chopped nuts (it is totally optional you can skip it if you like plan basundi) cook it for 4-5 minutes  Now turn off the flame and let the basundi chill for at least 15-20 minutes.  Once the basundi is chilled add custard apple pulp to it but before adding the pulp to basundi blend it in blender for smooth texture then mix it well with bas...

SEVIYAN KHEER | SEMIYAN PAYASAM

  Semiyan payasam or seviyan kheer is delicious creamy indian dessert having rich flavors of dry fruits, raisins and coconut infused with aroma of cardamom. It is an easy and quick recipe to cook at home on festivals or family get together.  So lets jump into this delicious recipe. Firstly we will add 4-5 tsp of ghee in heavy bottom pan and will roast sevai / semiyan on low flame till it turn into golden brown color.  Now keep it aside, heat the same pan on medium flame and add 4 cup of milk let the milk come to boil then add 8-10 tsp of sugar and  1/2 tsp of  cardamom powder mix it very well.  Let it cook for good 5-10 minutes and don't forgot to occasionally give it a stir . Once the sugar get dissolved, add 4 tsp of grated coconut, some raisin, some finely chopped nuts(almonds,pistachios etc) and 1 cup of roasted sevai.  Stir it occasionally so that sevai does not get stick to bottom of the pan. TENDER COCONUT PUDDING | EASY DESSERT RECIPE

Tender coconut pudding is an authentic kerala dessert. It is mild flavored pudding made with tender coconut. In the authentic pudding recipe they use either gelatin or china grass, but for this recipe, i did some experiment and used corn flour instead of gelatin, guess what it worked perfectly😋 . So lets take a look on recipe. First of all add 4 tsp of  milk powder to 1 cup of milk and mix it well.  Now pour it to the heavy bottom pan and stir Continuously on medium flame.  Then add 3/4 cup of sugar  to it.  Till the sugar dissolve,  add 5-6 tsp of corn flour and 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl and make lumps free mixture . Once the sugar get dissolved pour corn flour mixture and  2 cups of coconut milk to the pan and continuously stir it on medium flame until the pudding mixture turns into thick paste like texture.
